Knowing where to start on your spiritual awakening and personal growth journey can be overwhelming. There is a part of you that wants to dig into your past, to understand who you are and why you are that way. There's another part of you that wants to focus on the future, to feel empowered to create a meaningful life and go after your dreams. You're feeling pulled in so many directions that you aren't enjoying where you are in your life right now and it is all quickly passing you by.
Chelsie an intuitive and skilled spiritual psychotherapist with years of experience and training in helping people process their past trauma, manage symptoms of anxiety and depression, and learn how to practice deep, transformative self-care.
She knows what it's like to constantly feel like you aren't good enough, to be worried about what other people are thinking, and to be harboring pain that feels too dark to share with anyone else.
When you allow yourself to be seen and your story to be heard, we open up the space for true healing to occur.
The spiritual part of spiritual therapy is how we move forward from the past. Many people feel that traditional talk therapy wasn't effective for them because there was no guidance on what to do next. They are seeking support on life beyond their story, they want to know how to create a life that feels good.
Are you ready to experience deep healing and empowerment and inspiration for your future? Chelsie currently has space for four 1:1 spiritual therapy clients and offers $30 consultations with a mini distance reiki session to interested clients. If you choose to purchase a package, you will receive $30 off the package, making the consultation complimentary.
Do you accept insurance? I do not currently accept insurance. If you need financial assistance to make my services accessible to you, please send an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org to request a scholarship. Are you actually trained as a therapist? Yes! I have a Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Antioch University New England. Is this the same thing as life coaching? Nope! There are some similarities, but I bring my training and expertise as a therapist into the work I do with clients. Do you do virtual sessions? Yes. I host the majority sessions via the video conferencing platform Zoom, but have also simply used the phone or FaceTime for sessions as well. I work with clients from all over the world.
