Do you feel as if you are wandering aimlessly through the world of self discovery and personal development?
Do you feel lost on your calling or sense of self?
Shadow work transforms your relationship with your self. Your whole, complete self.
When we ignore our shadow self, we ignore an entire part of who we are. A part that has desires, needs, inspirations. When I started getting into spirituality, I was running from my shadow. I didn't want to look at the dark. I didn't want to see what was there. I thought it would be scary, overwhelming... and now that I know what is there, I know how to use it to serve and transform. It's become clear to me that this is an important part of the work that I do with others. I was trained in therapy for a reason, to be prepared to hold space and guide people as they explore their depth and dive deep into their layers.
There is meaning behind the pain and there are miracles through understanding it.
Why is shadow work important?
Shadow work can open up so much for us. It can be a new portal to inspiration, abundance, and alignment. We do shadow work so that we can:
Develop a full understanding of ourselves.
Bring unconscious patterns and limiting beliefs to awareness.
Feel safe and complete in who we are.
Understand how to practice a deeper level of self-care and self-love.
Shadow Searching is the perfect introduction to shadow work.
This week will be all about transmuting and integrating. We don't have to disown our shadow once we've shed light on it, we will learn how to transmute the energy from pain into passion, from dark into light.
